Passengers are responsible for keeping ticket links, PDF tickets, QR codes, and booking confirmations secure. Sharing your ticket or QR code with another person may allow that person to access or attempt to use your ticket.
10. Passenger Feedback and Public Reviews
If you submit feedback, we may use it internally to improve our service, respond to passenger concerns, review driver or operational issues, and improve routes, booking, customer support, and passenger experience.
If you choose to allow public display of your feedback by checking the permission box or otherwise giving permission, Falcon may publish limited review information, such as your first name, rating, route/topic, review text, and general service experience on our website or marketing materials.
We will not intentionally publish your email address, phone number, order number, ticket number, QR code, or private contact information as part of a public review.
