Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or changed after payment because of customer booking mistakes, missed trips, wrong date, wrong time, wrong stop, or change of plans.

If Falcon Bus cancels a trip or makes a service change, we will contact affected passengers with the available options.
